Coach Mario Castellanos aka” Coach Mac” brings 15 years of experience coaching shot put and discus, with a strong focus on fundamentals, strength, and athlete growth. A former collegiate thrower at St. Augustine’s University, Mac understands what it takes to compete at a high level and helps athletes develop both on and off the field. For the past 10 years, Coach Mac has been coaching at Pacifica High School where he guided athletes to CIF prelims to State Finals. Coach Mac is Dedicated to building confident, disciplined, and competitive throwers.
