Stacy Ferris is the head coach of the girls cross country and distance track teams at Fountain Valley High School, where she has proudly coached for the past eight years. A lifelong runner, Stacy began competing at just five years old and went on to run four years of varsity cross country and track at Newport Harbor High School. She continued her collegiate running career at Orange Coast College for two years, followed by three years at Cal State Long Beach.

Stacy's coaching philosophy is rooted in hard work, positivity and respect. She believes every athlete should show up, give their best effort, have fun, and support one another-values that have helped shape a competitive and close-knit team culture.

All three of her kids ran cross country and track at FVHS and continue to run as adults. 

Stacy is proud to continue building a strong tradition of excellence with the help of the incredible coaching staff at FVHS.
