Coach Knowles started coaching high school/FVHS and community college in 2004. Throughout his years of coaching, Coach Knowles has coached various events including distance, hurdles and sprints. Currently, he is the boys cross country and distance coach. He has coached over 20 league championship teams. Barons Rock!
